A day in the business

  1. 8:50

An initial session coming up. Whoever booked signed themselves up through your link — with the details you actually need.

  2. 13:00

Session four of ten. The series sits in the calendar, and moving one session leaves the others alone.

  3. 17:30

Invoicing this month's sessions. The line items come from the appointments, not from memory.

Everything your practice needs

Week view of the appointment calendar across all staff
A full week across the whole team; appointments move by drag and drop.

What a consultancy needs and others do not

Four things a general appointment tool gets wrong.

  • Session series

Ten sessions on a fortnightly rhythm. You set the series up once, see it in a preview before saving, and move a single session without touching the others.

  • Clients sign themselves up

The registration link leads to sign-up. The client provides the data themselves, consent included — you create nobody on their behalf.

  • Notes on the engagement

What was discussed and what is next belongs to the client record of your location. It is read only there.

  • A client record, not an address list

Appointments, notes and invoices hang on one person. You do not look for the same client in three tools.

Common questions

How do I schedule ten sessions on a fortnightly rhythm?

As a recurring appointment. You set the rhythm and the number, see every date in a preview before anything is saved, and can later move or cancel a single session without touching the series.

How do new clients get into the system?

Through your registration link. The client signs up and gives consent in the same step — you do not have to type anyone up.

Can I invoice from the appointments?

Yes. The line items come from the services that actually took place. The invoice then sits in the client's record.

Who sees my notes on a client?

Only your location. The same person may be a client elsewhere too — what you note stays with you. Data sits on servers in Germany.

Can I bring my client list across?

Yes, by file. Services, appointments and names come with you; a client account with a mailbox only exists once the person registers themselves.
