Yes. Rooms and couches are their own resources with their own capacity. A booking only happens when the therapist and the room are both free.
How do I schedule ten sessions on a weekly rhythm?
As a recurring appointment. You set the rhythm and the number, see every date in a preview before anything is saved, and can later move or cancel a single session without touching the series.
Can I sell vouchers and redeem them partly?
Yes. A voucher carries a balance that shrinks with every redemption. Whatever is left stays until it is used.
Do I need a separate till system?
No. The till is built in, signs every receipt through a certified TSE and exports in DSFinV-K format. A second system would mean two journals, and an audit wants to see both.
Can I bring my client records across?
Yes, by file. Services, appointments and names come with you; a client account with a mailbox only exists once the person registers themselves — that is what the QR code at reception is for.
