Link opens your Terminz booking page
No plugin, no partner program. Just one link in your Google Business Profile.
Someone searches for a salon near them — or types your name. Your Google profile shows up with reviews, address and a “Book” button.
The button opens your Terminz booking page — directly, with no intermediate step, no ads and no competitor listings on the same screen.
Customer picks a service, a time and confirms. The booking lands in your calendar with automatic email confirmation and SMS reminder.
About five minutes end to end. All you need is access to your Google Business Profile and your Terminz booking URL.
Open business.google.com and sign in. If your profile is not verified yet, start the verification flow (postcard, phone or email depending on your category and country).
Inside Terminz: Public Page → Settings → public link. Copy the full URL (https://terminz.com/de/p/your-salon). This is the single booking entry point for your business.
In your Google Business Profile: Edit → Info → Appointments. Paste your Terminz URL into the “Appointment link” field. If that field is not available for your category, use “More links” → “Book appointments”.
Google needs a few minutes up to 24 hours before the link appears on your profile. In the meantime Google runs an automatic quality check on the destination URL.
Search for your own salon name in Google. Click the “Book” button yourself and go through the full flow to confirmation. If it all works — you are done.
Note: “Reserve with Google” (RWG) is a separate Google partner program available only in selected categories and countries. The appointment link in your business profile is the universal solution that works for every profile — no waiting list, no approval, no intermediary.
Most salon customers search on mobile with “near me” queries. Whoever shows up in Google results AND has a booking button wins the appointment.
Your Terminz booking page is mobile-first. No zoom, no desktop forms — the entire flow is built for thumbs on a phone.
Click → book → done. No phone call, no waiting, no email chain. The appointment is in your calendar before the customer closes the tab.
The booking happens on your own page — not on a marketplace that charges commission or resells your customers. No competitor is shown next to your listing.
Not quite. “Reserve with Google” (RWG) is a Google partner program where customers book directly in the Google interface without leaving the page. That program is restricted to selected categories and countries. The path described here is the standard “appointment link” on your business profile, which works for every Google profile — customer clicks and is forwarded to your Terminz booking page.
Yes. The appointment link shows up in the mobile Google app, in Google Maps and in desktop search. On mobile the button is even more prominent because Google Maps places the booking button right above the opening hours.
A verified Google Business Profile and a Terminz booking page. Both are free to set up. If you do not have a Google profile yet, start with verification — depending on the method it takes from a few minutes to 14 days.
Yes. The appointment link is a regular field in the Google Business Profile and can be changed, replaced or removed at any time. Google usually reflects the change within 24 hours.
Yes — with UTM parameters. Append a tracking parameter such as “?utm_source=google&utm_medium=gmb” to your Terminz URL. In your analytics you will then see exactly which bookings originated from your Google profile.
Each location has its own Google Business Profile. In Terminz you can create a separate public booking page per location. You then connect each Google profile with the matching Terminz URL — one appointment link per location.
In a short demo we will show you how to connect your Terminz booking page to Google — and what the full booking flow looks like for your customer.
