How fresh is the data in the analytics dashboard?

Daily metrics are computed from a materialized view that updates automatically at 1 AM each night. During the day, appointment and payment data is available in real time. No manual sync or refresh is required.

How does at-risk customer detection work?

Terminz tracks the average number of days between each customer's visits. When a customer's gap since their last visit exceeds their personal average, they are automatically flagged as at-risk so you can reach out before they churn.

How is customer lifetime value calculated?

LTV is the total revenue a customer has generated over their entire relationship with your business. Terminz also tracks their completion rate, cancellation rate, days since last visit, and an overall engagement score — giving you a complete picture of each customer's behaviour.

What does the daily reconciliation report include?

Each reconciliation report compares expected revenue against actual payments received, broken down per payment method — card, cash, and online. Cash drawer discrepancies are highlighted separately so any shortfall is immediately visible.

What date ranges can I analyse?

You can query any custom date range — last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, current month, last month, or a fully custom start and end date. All historical data is stored for the lifetime of your account.
