Daily metrics are computed from a materialized view that updates automatically at 1 AM each night. During the day, appointment and payment data is available in real time. No manual sync or refresh is required.
Terminz tracks the average number of days between each customer's visits. When a customer's gap since their last visit exceeds their personal average, they are automatically flagged as at-risk so you can reach out before they churn.
