During setup you pick a business type. That creates ready-made services with duration and price, categories, resources like a chair, a room or a lift, opening hours and staff roles. In five trades the customer record gets extra fields on top.

Common questions

Which trades is Terminz built for?
Terminz ships templates for hair salon, beauty studio, nail studio, massage studio, wellness & spa, dental practice, doctor's practice, physiotherapy, car workshop, law firm and gym. Businesses outside that list start from a free configuration and create their own services, resources and rules.
What happens when I pick a business type?
Terminz creates the template's services with duration and price, plus categories, resources, opening hours and staff roles. A hair salon starts with 19 services and 4 resources, a beauty studio with 33 services and 7 resources. Everything can be changed, renamed or deleted afterwards.
Does Terminz store trade-specific data?
Yes, on the customer record. A dental practice keeps cover type, policy number, allergies, medication and pre-existing conditions. A car workshop keeps several vehicles per customer with plate, mileage and TÜV due date. A law firm keeps client type, register number and legal-expenses cover. Open an appointment and those fields sit right next to it.
Does Terminz bill health insurers?
No. Terminz keeps the insurance details on the customer record and does not bill. Submitting to the insurer still runs through your practice or case-management software.
My trade is not listed — can I still use it?
Yes. Terminz is not cut for one trade: services, duration, prices, resources, staff roles and booking rules are yours to define. Anyone who runs on appointments can use Terminz.
Can one business cover several trades?
Yes. A location can belong to several business types — a salon with a beauty room gets the services and categories of both templates.
