Calendar import

Your appointment book comes with you. Without retyping it.

Appointments, services and customers come across as a file — from Excel, from your old system, or from the paper diary. You fill in a template, we check it, and you decide when it counts.

What a switch actually fails on

Six hundred customer cards. A calendar booked through to December. And a shop that keeps running while you do it. It is never the software that stops people — it is the three weeks of typing nobody can picture.

The link first, the appointment book second

Put the QR code on the counter and let your customers enter themselves. Then the data is theirs — they gave it, with their own consent. The appointment book comes after that.

The other way round works too. You just end up with six hundred addresses nobody gave you.

Two routes into the migration: customers sign themselves up, or the appointment book is imported
Two routes into the move — customers sign themselves up, or the appointment book arrives as a file.
How the registration link works

The template almost fills itself

Three steps in the dashboard. The check comes before the write, not after.

  1. 1

    Get the template

Date, start, end, customer, service, staff member. Customer, service and staff are dropdowns built from your own data, not free text fields — a typo is not possible.

  2. 2

    Upload the file

Excel or CSV. Every common system exports that, and a retyped paper diary works just as well.

  3. 3

    Review, then import

A separate check shows duplicates, missing fields and appointments outside opening hours. Only your click writes the data.

While the import runs, booking is closed

Otherwise someone books into a calendar that is being filled. Terminz switches online booking off for the duration and offers to switch it back on afterwards. You do not have to remember it.

Reversible for thirty days

Every import stays as its own operation for thirty days and can be taken out again in full. No cleaning up a thousand rows, nothing left behind.

Or you type nothing at all

Send us your price list, your brochure or a photo of the menu. We build your catalogue from it — services, prices, durations — and hand it back finished.

How setup works

Common questions

How long does it take?

The import runs in minutes. The only real time is filling in the template the first time — and since customer, service and staff are dropdowns, even that goes faster than free text.

What if my file looks different?

Send it anyway. Excel, CSV, an export from a system nobody supports any more — even a photographed list. We'll tell you in advance what arrives.

What happens to past appointments?

You can bring them. They are useful for revenue reporting and for knowing who was last in when. You choose the cut-off date.

Can I do it more than once?

Yes. The import recognises what is already there and runs as often as you like, so you can move across in stages.

What about customers with no email address?

They come across as a name on the appointment, with no account and no mailbox. Terminz does not write to an address nobody gave itself — which is why the registration link is worth putting up first.

And if the import was wrong?

For thirty days you take it back out in one click, completely.
