The card reader's idle screen shows your logo instead of a manufacturer's. Configurable per location.
What card payments cost
The fee comes from Stripe and is billed transparently. Terminz adds no commission of its own on top of a booking.
Current rates are published by Stripe. We earn from the software subscription, not from your turnover.

Welchen Kartenleser empfiehlt Terminz?
Den Stripe Reader S700 (259 € netto, einmalig). Er hat einen 5,5-Zoll-Touchscreen, läuft über WLAN oder Ethernet und unterstützt Chip & PIN, kontaktlos, Apple Pay und Google Pay. Für kleinere Tresen reicht der BBPOS WisePad 3 (59 € netto).
Kann ich meinen vorhandenen Kartenleser verwenden?
Nein. Die Zahlung läuft über Stripe Terminal, und dafür sind genau zwei Geräte zugelassen: der Stripe Reader S700 und der BBPOS WisePad 3. Ein Leser von einem anderen Anbieter lässt sich nicht verbinden.
Welche Zahlungsarten werden unterstützt?
Chip & PIN, kontaktloses Bezahlen per Karte und Smartphone (Apple Pay, Google Pay) sowie gängige Debit- und Kreditkarten. Die girocard-Unterstützung wird aktuell eingerichtet — Details erhältst du beim Onboarding.
Ist die Hardware TSE-konform?
Ja. Das Terminz-Kassensystem erfüllt KassenSichV und TSE — finanzamtsicher, mit Kasse inklusive und ohne Zusatzkosten.
Brauche ich einen Bondrucker?
Nein. Belege werden standardmäßig digital per QR-Code oder E-Mail ausgegeben. Ein Bondrucker und eine Kassenschublade sind optional.
Wo kaufe ich das Gerät?
Direkt bei Stripe, aus deinem Terminz-Dashboard heraus. Stripe ist Verkäufer, rechnet mit dir ab, liefert und übernimmt Gewährleistung und Rückgabe. Terminz verkauft keine Hardware und verdient daran nichts.
