Is the card reader really free?
Yes. The BBPOS WisePad 3 is included with every Komplett Kasse plan at no extra cost. Without a Kasse plan it is 59 € one-time or 15 €/month to rent.
Can I use my own device?
Yes. Compatible card readers can be brought along and connected to your Terminz dashboard — no new purchase needed.
Which payment methods are supported?
girocard, credit and debit cards, plus contactless payment by card and smartphone (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Is the hardware TSE-compliant?
Yes. The Terminz POS meets KassenSichV and TSE — audit-proof, included with Kasse and with no extra cost.
Do I need a receipt printer?
No. Receipts are issued digitally by QR code or email by default. A receipt printer and cash drawer are optional.
