A QR code on the counter, a link for WhatsApp. The customer gives their own details, confirms them, and decides for themselves whether they want to hear from you.
Type the address in yourself and you have the data — but no consent. Let the customer scan the code and they gave it to you, with the consent on record. In the first case Terminz sends nothing to that address, not even an appointment reminder. In the second, confirmation, reminder and — if they want — offers all go out.
Terminz does not invent people. We never create someone on another person's say-so, and we never send mail without recorded permission. It sounds strict, and it is exactly why you never have to worry about your customer list.
Scan
Point the phone camera at the code and tap the prompt. That is all of it.
Fill it in
Name and mobile number. They see what the data is used for and tick for themselves whether they want offers.
Done
Appointments and reminders now arrive on their phone. Earlier appointments under the same name are matched up.
One minute, no app, no password. The link belongs to your location and never changes.
An A4 notice and business cards carrying your QR code, each as SVG, PNG and JPG. Business name, address, phone and opening hours are already on them, along with the three-step instruction for the customer.
Download, print, put it up. The dashboard tracks how many registered themselves and when the last one came in.

They book anyway. A walk-in rides along as a name on the appointment — no account, no login, no mailbox. They take the receipt themselves by QR code. Nobody has to open an account just to get an appointment.
No. The phone camera is enough; the code opens an ordinary web page. No download, no password, no account with anyone.
The mobile number is enough. Confirmation and reminder then go by SMS. Email is an option, not a condition.
Name and mobile, email optional. A booking needs nothing more. Anything further the person adds later in their own profile.
Each location has its own link and its own code. Within one location it is a single code — otherwise you stop knowing which one is hanging where.
Yes. The dashboard shows for each customer whether they entered themselves, and when the last registration through the code came in.
Download the notice, print it, put it on the counter. Two minutes.
