Setup takes about two business days. Send us your materials or choose a template, and we'll configure your services, opening hours and settings. You'll be live and taking bookings within 48 hours.
Yes. With the custom domain, currently included in the plan, your Terminz website runs directly on your own web address such as www.my-salon.de — with no redirect to a third-party platform and no costs for a web agency. You maintain services, prices, opening hours, team, gallery and legal pages once in Terminz; your website, the green security lock in the browser (SSL), our anti-hack and bot shield, and your Google search data stay updated automatically. Your email mailboxes with your existing provider remain untouched.
No. Terminz is built so you find your way around right away. If you can send an email, you can use Terminz. Full documentation and our support team are there whenever you need help.
Yes. We use 256-bit encryption, follow the GDPR and store your customer file on servers in Germany. It belongs to you; we do not sell it and pass it on only to service providers we need to run the platform, under a data processing agreement.
Yes. You copy services, team and appointments into the Terminz Excel template, or send us your export and we transfer it for you. Your customers sign themselves up through your link; anyone in the appointment book without an account yet stays on the booking as a walk-in, with their name.
Terminz supports all common payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, SEPA direct debit, and cash. Direct hardware terminal integration for in-person card payments is coming soon.
Yes. Terminz supports multi-location management. You run multiple locations with their own teams, services, and opening hours from one central dashboard.
