Hair salon

Hair salon software that knows the chair.

Online booking, a calendar of their own for every stylist, and a client record that holds the colour formula. Clients book with their person, not with the salon.

A day in the business

  1. 9:10

The first client is in the chair and the phone rings. It is not a booking — that one came in online at ten past eleven last night.

  2. 14:30

Colour and cut in one appointment. Two services, one booking, duration and price add up on their own.

  3. 18:20

Payment, tips recorded separately, receipt with a TSE signature. Closing the day is one step, not an evening.

What that looks like in the system

Week view of the appointment calendar across all staff
A full week across the whole team; appointments move by drag and drop.

What a hair salon needs and others do not

Four things a general appointment tool gets wrong.

  • A calendar per stylist

Everyone has their own weekly plan, their own exceptions and their own holidays. The client books with their person — and only sees when that person is genuinely free.

  • Recurring appointments

The same slot every six weeks. You set the series up once, see it in a preview before saving, and cancel a single session without touching the rest.

  • The colour formula in the client record

Shade, developer and what went wrong last time sit on the client — and only at your salon, not at the one next door.

  • Catalogue out of the box

Cut, colour, highlights, balayage, updo: services, categories and durations for a hair salon come pre-configured. You change prices, not the structure.

Common questions

Can clients book with a specific stylist?

Yes. Everyone has their own calendar, their own hours and their own services. The client picks their stylist and sees that person's real free times — or leaves the choice open and gets everyone.

What do you do about no-shows?

A reminder goes out automatically before every appointment, and cancelling or moving it takes one click from there. When a slot frees up, the waiting list moves in rather than the chair staying empty.

Where do the colour formula and notes live?

In the client record of your location. What you note about a client is visible only to your salon — the same person can be a client next door without your notes ever meeting.

Do I need a separate till system?

No. The till is built in, signs every receipt through a certified TSE and exports in DSFinV-K format. A second system would mean two journals, and an audit wants to see both.

Can I bring my existing appointment book across?

Yes, by file. Services, appointments and names come with you; a client account with a mailbox only exists once the person registers themselves — that is what the QR code on the counter is for.
