Book a delivery, sell at the till, use it on an appointment, count once a year. Every pack that comes in or goes out lands in your stock, so you always know what's left and what to reorder.

On your page
Only a few left
Name, brand, sizes, prices, stock. What you enter here is used by the till, the appointment and your page.
Scan the barcode
With the camera or a handheld scanner. Terminz fills in name, brand and size from Open Beauty Facts, and you just check it.
Sizes and shades
50 ml and 100 ml, rosé and bordeaux: one product with several options, each with its own price, stock and barcode.
For sale or for appointments only
The colour your team works with is in stock but never on your page. What you both sell and use runs as "Sale and appointments".
Copy it to your next location
With every size and price. Stock starts at zero there, and it only goes on the page once you switch it on.

Sometimes someone drops in just for a shampoo, sometimes they take the serum home after a treatment. Each case has its own path, and your stock is right afterwards.
How is it sold?
Charged together
Add the serum to the appointment and charge everything on one receipt at the end.
Service and product are separate lines on the receipt, and tax is worked out per rate. Below, the till suggests what goes with the service.

Returns work per piece. The pack goes back into stock and the rest of the receipt stays as it is.
Selling at the till comes with Komplett Kasse, including TSE and DATEV export. Products, stock, stocktake and the shelf on your page are in every plan.
Every movement is booked with a reason and the stock before and after. If a number looks wrong, you can see when and why.
Book a delivery
Supplier, delivery note, packs, purchase price. The purchase price becomes a weighted average, so your margin stays right.
Used on appointments
On the appointment you note how much colour went in: a quarter, half, or exactly in ml. When the tube is empty, "Pack used up" takes it out of stock.
Minimum stock
When a product drops below it, Terminz flags it for reordering, so you order before the shelf is empty.
Damaged or expired
Out of stock with its own reason. Not a sale, and no puzzle at the next stocktake.
Taken for private use
What you take home for yourself is booked at purchase price as a withdrawal. For sole traders and partnerships.
In the customer history
Products a customer bought are on their record. On the next visit you know which serum it was.

List for your tax advisor
PDFExcelYour products appear on your Terminz page with their unit price and whether they're in right now. The sale happens at your place. This works in every plan.
Download the Excel template, fill in your products and upload it again. Before the import you see every row and what will happen to it.

The file
Terminz reads amounts like 25,50 or 1.250,00 and sizes like "1,5 l" the way people type them. Duplicate product numbers and barcodes show up before the import, not after.
Excel file up to 5 MB. Several sizes of one product simply go on the rows below each other.
Per litre, kilogram or metre, on your page and on every product page. Terminz knows the exemptions.
19 or 7 percent. As a small business under § 19 you book 0 percent, and a practice sells products at 19 percent alongside tax-free services.
Product sales go to whichever accounts your tax advisor wants in the DATEV export. The defaults are 8400 and 8300.
The financial report splits services and products and shows the margin from the purchase price.
No. Your page shows what you have and what it costs. The sale happens at your till.
Products, stock, stocktake, import and the shelf on your page are in every plan. To sell at the till you need Komplett Kasse.
No. The camera on your phone or tablet is enough. A handheld scanner works too, it just types the code into the field.
Yes. Set the product to "For appointments only". It shows up in stock and in the stocktake, but never on your page. On the appointment you note how much was used.
Each location has its own stock. You copy a product to the next location, and stock starts at zero there.
There's no online selling. Goods sold by weight, like tea from a tin, need a calibrated scale and aren't supported.
In the demo we set up a few of your products and show you selling, stock and stocktake on your own shelf.
