Appointments
View and book appointments at all locations (Tenant Admin)
As a Tenant Admin, view a location's calendar, switch between locations, open an appointment sheet to read it and create an appointment.
In the dashboard
- Menu
- Appointments
- Who
- Tenant admin for all locations within their own company, never for other companies. Works with every plan.
As a tenant admin, you have a calendar in the menu that extends beyond individual locations. It's for reference only. You can't edit, reschedule, or close appointments here; the location manager handles that.
What's on the page
Open Appointments in the menu. At the top is “Appointments”, and on the right is the New appointment button. Below that is the calendar in weekly view. The view, date, and navigation work the same as in the manager's calendar; see “Using the Calendar and Editing Appointments”.
- If your company has more than one location, a list of location names appears next to the button. It initially shows the first location on the list. If you switch locations, the calendar loads the other location. If there's only one location, the list is missing.
- You'll always see exactly one location at a time, never two at once.
- There's a filter for staff members. There isn't a separate column for each person.
- You can't move entries by dragging, block times, close the business, or block times online. You also can't create an appointment by tapping on an open time slot in the calendar.
Viewing an Appointment Sheet
Tap an appointment. The appointment sheet opens in read-only mode: time, customer, service, and status are displayed, but the status buttons, Edit, and Review request are missing. The location manager decides on any open appointment requests. Under Approvals, you set your work hours and vacation; see “Requests”.
Create an appointment
- First, select the location from the dropdown at the top.
- Tap New appointment. The wizard opens for that specific location.
- The wizard has the same four steps as the manager's: Client, Service, Time & staff, and Confirmation. Each field is listed in “Create an appointment in the dashboard”.
- After Create appointment, you'll land on page Locations, not in the calendar. You'll find the new appointment under Appointments, on the booked date.
