How it works

Four steps. Two of them are ours.

    Sign up

    Name, business and address. Services, team and opening hours are optional. At the end you save a card, and nothing is charged.

  2. Us

    We get in touch

    Within 24 hours, by WhatsApp or email, whichever you pick when you sign up. Then send us what you have: price list, a photo of the menu board, the link to your booking portal, your calendar.

  3. Us

    We set everything up

    We build your system from what you sent us. If you like, we do it at your place. We're based in Dortmund.

  4. Together

    Go live

    We walk you through everything and change what you want different. Then we switch you on, you set your password and take bookings. Your free period starts on that day, not before.

You don't type anything in. If something is missing, we ask.

    From your price list, a photo or your website, with duration and price for every service.

  • Team and working hours

    Everyone with their services and hours. Your team gets no email until you want them to.

  • Opening hours and rules

    How far ahead people can book, how much time stays between two appointments, how late they can cancel.

  • Your booking page

    With its own link for Instagram, WhatsApp and your website. Bookings through it carry no commission.

  • Your appointment book

    Your upcoming appointments from your old system, a spreadsheet or your paper calendar.

  • Walkthrough

    We show you and your team how a normal day runs in Terminz. At your place, if you like.

Your regulars sign themselves up

You get your own link and a QR code for the counter. Your customers sign themselves up through it in a minute and give their consent themselves. That's why we don't create accounts from an old list: nobody gets mail they didn't want.

We still carry over appointments of customers who haven't joined yet, with their name in the calendar. Share the link before we import your appointment book, and every appointment lands with the right customer straight away.

Common questions

Do I have to cancel my old system right away?

No. Keep it running until everything is ready with us. You can keep your marketplace profile, like Treatwell, for new customers, while your regulars book through your own link.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Terminz runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer.

When is my card charged?

Only once your free period is over. It starts when we switch you on, not when you sign up. While we set things up, no clock is running.

What if I change my mind?

Tell us before go-live and nothing is ever charged. After that, you can cancel any time at the end of a month.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany. The GDPR data processing agreement is part of signing up.
