Switch from Shore to Terminz
Customers, services and appointments come across as a file. For Shore the column mapping is already in the importer.
Shore is a German provider with a long history in the salon market and a broad feature set. If you use a lot of it, staying is an honest option. For most people the difference sits elsewhere: what an extra staff member costs, what the till costs on top, and how long you are tied in.
What is fixed at Terminz
Ten points that change with neither your headcount nor your revenue. We do not print other people's prices here — those live on their own site and they move.
- Price
- Komplett €39 net a month, Komplett Kasse €79 net a month including the TSE. For several locations, an agreed price per location.
- Staff
- Unlimited, with no per-head surcharge. A team of twelve costs what a team of three costs.
- Commission
- None. Not on bookings through your own page and not on customers who come through us — the price attaches to the location, not to your revenue.
- Till
- A till with a certified TSE is part of the till plan. No second system beside the booking software and no second invoice.
- DATEV
- Export in DSFinV-K format for your tax adviser, with no add-on module and no fee per export.
- Time tracking
- Clock-in, clock-out, breaks and reporting are built in, not parked next to it as a separate product.
- Servers
- In Germany, GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement.
- Support
- German-speaking, from people who know the product. Setup and data migration are on us.
- Term
- Cancel monthly, no minimum term, no notice period.
- Leaving
- Your data is yours. If you leave, you take it with you as a file — on request, without an argument.
How your data comes across
For Shore the column mapping is already in the importer. You export your file, upload it, and the fields line up.
If your Shore export looks different than expected, send it over. We will tell you up front what will arrive.
How the diary migration worksWhat comes across
- Customers
- Name, phone number, address and your notes. That does not create an account with a mailbox — the customer sets that up themselves through your registration link.
- Services
- Name, duration, price and category. Add-ons you attach afterwards.
- Staff
- People, roles and working hours. Who offers which service you set in one pass afterwards.
- Appointments
- Past and upcoming appointments with customer, service and staff member. The calendar is not empty on day one.
What does not come across: reviews from someone else's portal, stored payment details and invoices from the old system. Reviews belong to the portal, payment details may not leave the previous provider, and old invoices stay where they were issued.
If it turns out not to fit
Every import stays a record of its own for thirty days and can be taken back out in full. And cancel your current system once the first month here has run, not before.

What does switching cost?
Nothing on top. Setup and data migration are included, and the import has no fee per row and none per customer.
Does my business stop while I switch?
No. Only online booking closes briefly while the migration runs — otherwise someone books into a calendar that is being filled. Afterwards Terminz offers to switch it back on.
What if something in the import is wrong?
Before anything is written, a check of its own shows duplicates, missing fields and appointments outside your opening hours. Only your click writes the data, and for thirty days the whole run can be taken back.
Can I run both systems side by side for a while?
Yes, and it is the calmest way to do it. Leave the old system standing until the first month here has run, and cancel after that.
And if I want to leave Terminz again?
Then you take your data with you as a file. Cancel monthly, no minimum term — the way out is as open as the way in.
