Switch from SimplyBook.me to Terminz

SimplyBook.me is highly configurable and covers many industries. That is exactly the price: a lot can be set up, little is set up already. Terminz arrives with a finished catalogue for your trade, and you change prices rather than structures.

In the Terminz dashboard, “Move to Terminz” has four steps in exactly this order, because each one builds on the one before. Terminz checks every row before anything is saved.

   First name, last name and email per person, also through a template.

   No file import: each person signs up through your link or the QR code at the counter. Send the link out before you import the appointment book.

   Appointment book

   Last come the appointments from SimplyBook.me. Anyone who has signed up by then gets their appointments matched; everyone else comes across by name as a walk-in.

They sign themselves up

Terminz never creates a person who has not agreed to it. Your existing client list therefore stays in SimplyBook.me, and each person signs up with you with their own consent. In return they get their own access: confirmation and reminder by email, rescheduling and cancelling in one click.

Link first, appointment book second

Send your registration link to your regulars on WhatsApp before you import the appointment book. Anyone who has signed up by then gets their imported appointments matched to them. Everyone else signs up at their next visit with the QR code at the counter, or is in with their first booking through your Google button.

Until everyone is in

Appointments for clients who have not signed up yet sit in the calendar under their name and happen as normal. Those clients only get reminders from Terminz once they have signed up. Anyone who comes regularly is in after their next visit, as long as the QR code is on the counter.

Services

Name, duration, price, category and the resource a service needs. Add-ons you attach afterwards.

Staff

First name, last name and email per person. Working hours and who offers which service you set in one pass afterwards.

Appointments

Past and upcoming appointments with name, service and staff member. The calendar is not empty on day one.

What does not come across: your customer list, reviews from someone else's portal, stored payment details and invoices from the old system. Customers create their own account through your registration link or the QR code at the counter, and anyone in the appointment book comes across as a name on the booking. Reviews belong to the portal, payment details may not leave the previous provider, and old invoices stay where they were issued.

Every import stays a record of its own for thirty days and can be taken back out in full. And cancel your current system once the first month here has run, not before.

Your export file, your price list, a photo of the menu. We build your catalogue from it and set up the location. That is the setup, normally €199, waived for contracts signed by 31.12.2026.
