All your companies at a glance (Tenant Admin)

If you own several companies, each with its own locations, this page shows them side by side. Open All companies in the menu. The item only appears once you own more than one company.

What a card shows

Each company has a card with its name and a line of figures:

• “3 locations”: how many locations the company has.
• “1 in setup”: locations that are still being set up. The line only appears when there are any, and then carries a dot so it stands out.
• “5 appointments today”: every appointment today across all of the company's locations.
• “2 open requests”: appointment requests still waiting for confirmation. From one open request on, this line carries a dot too.

If the company has a till, “Takings this month” and the amount sit at the bottom. If there were refunds, a note like “· … refunded” follows. Without a till the line is missing.

Switching to a company

Tap Open on the company's card.

• If it is the company you are working in, you land straight on its dashboard.
• If it is another company, the dashboard switches company and reloads. While that runs the button spins and the other cards can't be opened.

From then on every menu item, such as Locations, Customers and Financials, applies to the company you opened. You get back through All companies.

Switching through the account menu

Tap your name (on a phone, open the menu). It holds two groups:

• Switch location appears once you work at two or more locations. Tapping a location opens the same page there, for example the calendar. All locations takes you back to your company overview; that entry only shows when you own all of the locations. With several companies the locations are grouped by company.
• Switch tenant appears when you own more than one company. Below it are All companies and each of your companies. Tapping a company switches to it.

Below them you find Open another location (opens the form from “Add, transfer and close locations”) and Register another company for a company with its own contract and legal details. Only owners see these two entries.

When something is missing

If the companies can't be loaded, the page says “Your companies could not be loaded” with a Try again button. If you don't manage a company, it says “You don't manage a company yet.”

Frequently asked questions

Why is the All companies menu item missing? It only appears when you own more than one company. With one company you work in it directly.

What is the difference between a company and a location? A company is your business with its own contract and legal details. A location is one shop of that company. You add locations under Locations, see “Add, transfer and close locations”.

Why don't I see any takings? The card only shows takings for companies with a till.
