Compare the finances of all locations (Tenant Admin)

As a tenant admin, compare a month of takings, completed appointments and no-shows across your locations and download the DATEV export for all of them at once.

Tenant admin for all locations of their company. Amounts only appear for locations with a till.
Open in the dashboard

This page puts every location side by side for one month. Open Financials in the menu. Each location counts by its own calendar.

Choosing the month

The month sits at the top, for example “October 2026”, with two arrows. Previous month goes back, Next month forward. You can't go past the current month; the right arrow is then disabled.

The figures at the top

A row of figures sums up the month:

  • Takings: what all locations with a till took, minus refunds. If no location has a till, this figure is missing.
  • Completed appointments: every finished appointment.
  • No-shows: appointments nobody turned up for.

With more than one location a sentence follows, such as “Dortmund had 42 % of all completed appointments in October.”

One location per row

Each row shows the name and, on the right, the takings. A location without a till shows “No till” there. Below sits a bar with the location's share of all completed appointments in percent, and a line such as “18 appointments completed · 2 no-shows · … refunded”. No-shows and refunds only appear when there were any.

For locations with a till, Till report leads to that location's monthly report. The dashboard switches into the location for it, see “Read the financial report and export it for your tax advisor”.

DATEV for all locations

  1. Choose the month.
  2. Tap DATEV for all locations at the top. On a phone the button only shows the download icon.
  3. The export runs in the background, then the file downloads.

The file holds the month of every location as one booking batch. A closed location is included as long as it was still open that month. If the export fails, “DATEV export failed” appears with the reason.

Cost centres

With more than one cost centre, “Cost centres in the DATEV export” appears at the bottom. Every booking carries its location's number in KOST1. Terminz numbers the locations by opening date at the first export. A closed location carries the “Closed” tag. You can change a number in the location's settings under Profile.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a location show no money? It has no till. It then only counts its appointments.

Can I change bookings here? No. The page is read-only. The manager edits bookings and reports in the location.

What do I do when the figures don't load? The page says “The figures could not be loaded”. Tap Try again.
