Your company's contract and invoices (Tenant Admin)

As a tenant admin, read what your company pays per month or year, which location is billed and where to find invoices and the payment method.

In the dashboard

Menu
Contract & invoices
Who
Tenant admin of the company. The page shows the contract of all locations together.
Open in the dashboard

This is your company's contract with Terminz: the total and one row per location. Open Contract & invoices in the menu.

The total

“Per month” or “Per year” sits at the top, depending on the billing interval, with the amount below. The sentence underneath says where the price comes from:

  • “Price agreed for your company” when Terminz agreed a price of its own with you.
  • “List price per location” otherwise.

Next to it a tag shows the subscription state, for example “Active”, “Trial” or “Past due”. Below it is a date: “Trial until …” during the trial, “Renews on …” on a running subscription, “Ends on …” once it is cancelled.

One row per location

Each row shows the location name, the plan (Komplett) and two tags.

The first tag says how the location is billed:

  • “Billed”: the location is on the invoice.
  • “By invoice”: the location counts, but is paid by invoice rather than through the customer portal.
  • “Not billed until approved”: the location is new and costs nothing yet. Once Terminz approves it, it is added pro rata to the next invoice.
  • “No price set”: there is no price for the location yet.

The second tag shows the till's TSE module, which each location adds to Komplett:

  • “Without TSE”: the location has not booked one. In Germany its till then takes no payments.
  • “TSE in setup”: booked, the TSE is being created.
  • “TSE active”: the till signs every receipt.
  • “TSE payment open”: the module is winding down, usually because a payment is open. Check the payment method under Invoices & payment method, or it ends.
  • “TSE cancelled”: runs until the end of the paid period.
  • “TSE ended”: the module is over and the till takes no more payments.

The location's amount sits on the right, such as “… / month”. If a location doesn't count yet (“Not billed until approved” or “No price set”), the amount is struck through.

Invoices and payment method

Tap Invoices & payment method at the top. Stripe's customer portal opens; Stripe is the payment service Terminz bills through. There you download invoices as PDF and change the payment method or billing address. Afterwards the portal brings you back to this page.

The button only appears when at least one location is billed.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no contract? The page then says “There is no contract on file for your company yet”. Terminz has no contract for your company yet. Ask us through Messages.

Can I cancel or change the plan here? No. The page only shows the contract. Ask us about the contract through Messages.

How is this different from Plan & Stripe in a location? There a location sees its own subscription, see “Subscription and Invoices from Terminz”. Here you see all locations together.
